MEDICAL ASSIST
Joint initiative of Murali Foundation and Pramura Social Service Club
To provide basic medical materials which are required for critical care such as oxygen concentrators and health supplies to GH and PHC (medical centers in the rural areas in as many locations as possible so that they are prepared to handle medical emergencies).
ARPUDHA VANAM ( 2021 ) OR WONDERFUL FOREST
Though our forests, sanctuaries and Wildlife Reserves are preserved well, not much thought has gone into the trees and flora that constitute the forests. Many indigenous trees, plants have been wiped out making it hostile to birds and animals and many areas of forests are uninhabited by either animals or birds. Many species of invasive plants are hostile in their spread and have taken over entire landscapes and forest areas. It is hence mandatory to clear these species and introduce native and indigenous trees & plants and create an ecosystem where the native flora and fauna can thrive.
PACKAGING WASTE MINIMIZATION
We aim to minimize waste by reusing certain products and reduce packaging.
As a part of our Initiatives, we aim to reduce the packaging waste. Packaging waste accounts to nearly a third of the municipal waste. Packaging materials like boxes, containers, pallets, wraps, straps, can be reused for certain products and we are stressing on the importance to deliver the product and get back the box/ container.
